Three retail real estate veterans have formed Newport Beach, Calif.-based Strategic Retail Advisors, a retail brokerage company that specializes in a hands-on, region-specific approach to real estate. Joining forces to offer more than 63 years of local market experience to Southern California are Wallace R. Limburg, former senior vice president in Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis' Newport Beach office; Nelson C. Wheeler, former first vice president in CB Richard Ellis' San Gabriel Valley office; and James E. Clarkson, former senior vice president of Northbrook, Ill-based Grubb & Ellis' Newport beach office. The company will initially focus on tenant representation and shopping center leasing, but will provide services encompassing all aspects of retail real estate.
